HWP BOOKING PROCESS…
I. inquiring + CONSULTATION CALL
To begin the booking process, will begin with your inquiry then we will plan for a consultation call! This is a great opportunity for you to get to know me, ask any questions, and get a sense of my approach and style as a photographer.
II. WEDDING DAY COVERAGE & DETAILS
Once you’ve decided to move forward with your booking, we’ll confirm all the important details—including your wedding date, venue, hours of coverage, and your overall vision for the day!
III. SECURE YOUR DATE & CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Once all the details are finalized, we’ll proceed with signing the contract and submitting your initial payment to officially secure your date in my calendar!
IV. GET EXCITED
Once you have officially booked me, it is time to celebrate! One more thing checked off of your list for the big day! Your photos are in amazing hands!

A package that is designed to get the stunning portraits, fun inspiration, candid moments and still have enough party time!
This is my most booked package! This all day coverage allows up to 10 hours of pure documentary approach for your wedding day.
If you’re looking for a seamless, stress free day…with a thoughtfully crafted timeline that allows you to fully relax and bring your vision to life...this package is the ideal choice.

Sweet and Simple
This package is a great fit for you if you are looking for a simple coverage! This package covers a length of 2-4 hours.
This package pricing starts at $1200

For celebrations that take you beyond home, I offer a refined destination photography designed to feel effortless from start to finish. This package is fully customizable to fit your needs!
Whether you’re exchanging vows along a quiet coastline, or at a private estate, I travel with intention to capture your story with the same level of care and artistry, wherever it unfolds. This is meant to be a wedding "weekend storytelling package" but your special day is customizable!
From arrival to final delivery, my approach is calm, discreet, and deeply attentive to the atmosphere you’ve created!
Travel accommodations are based on location/destination of your wedding venue which will be calculated at the time of your inquiry!

I will have your creative/inspiration board ready to bring to life if you have dreamt of a vision.
If you have not done a lot of dreaming or photo planning, that is also okay! Just know, whole-heartedly, that I have plenty of experience in the "free-willed" couple who just wants to enjoy their big day with surprise poses and candid moments!
